All fruit is dry land estate grown, handpicked and minimal intervention winemaking techniques are used.

 

VARIETIES . Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Ruby Cabernet, Malbec, Merlot, Mourvèdre, Petite Verdot, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Grenache, Touriga, Shiraz, Durif and Viognier.

 

NOSE . Mulbery and dark cherries.

 

PALATE . Big full and rich berry compote, fine sappy pine, nettle tannins, powdery dry and spicy finish.

 

OAK . New and old French oak.
