A field blend handpicked and co-fermented using fruit from 65-year-old vines. Included in The Real Review's 'Bakers Dozen' of Victoria's Top 13 Shiraz blends (The Real Review - Stuart Knox).
These vines were planted by fifth generation, Peter Chambers, in 1956. Predominantly Shiraz vines interspersed with Cinsaut. The field blend provides 84% Shiraz and 16% Cinsaut.
