Pretty much just waiting on the muscadelle to ripen.  It could be a long wait ... In the meantime we are hoping for 10 tonnes of Malbec which  we will pick tomorrow. 

We have finished picking! Vintage isn’t over yet though, because we still have ferments to look after, and pressing to do.

The foot treading of the Pfeiffer Gamay is the most gentle way of crushing the Gamay grapes. The treading is done 3 times a day and at the end of the day, the team of foot treaders get to quench their thirst!!!

Vintage is progressing well at All Saints and St Leonards’ , as of today we are 80% complete. With only Durif, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat and Muscadelle still to go. I would expect by the 31st of March we will only have Muscadelle remaining to be harvested.
