It never ceases to amaze me how red the grapes look that make the Pinot Grigio white wine.  3 tonnes this morning at 12.6 beaume - sweetness and a nice acid crunch.

“Our first pick took place today for Pinot Grigio and Viognier (for our award winning VRM- Viognier Roussanne Marsanne). Cooler years always produce the best wines, and our later start date to this year's vintage is reflective of a cooler season."
