Pretty much just waiting on the muscadelle to ripen.  It could be a long wait ... In the meantime we are hoping for 10 tonnes of Malbec which  we will pick tomorrow.

We have finished picking! Vintage isn’t over yet though, because we still have ferments to look after, and pressing to do.

The wines are looking really good from 2017 – just look at the intense colour of this Durif coming out of our basket press! (P.S. It tastes great t...

The foot treading of the Pfeiffer Gamay is the most gentle way of crushing the Gamay grapes. The treading is done 3 times a day and at the end of the day, the team of foot treaders get to quench their thirst!!!

The first of our shiraz was pressed off skins this week and will now complete primary...
