Kate Akrap has joined the team at Jones Winery & Vineyard as Chef at the café. Kate has a wealth of
experience having come to Jones straight from being in charge of the kitchen at Beaumont's Café in
Rutherglen working with renowned local chef Peter Weir. Kate has also worked under Cath Claringbold
at Mecca in Southbank. Kate is passionate about preparing high quality food from quality, seasonal,
regional ingredients and is looking forward to doing just that at Jones Café complimenting the carefully

Howard Anderson - 40 years of making sparkling wines 1971 - 2011

Rutherglen Wines gathered medals awarded by both the Decanter World Wine Awards 2012 and the International Wine Awardsin a fantastic showing of Rutherglen Wines!
All Saints Estate, Campbells Wines and Stanton & Killeen were all recognized as producing award winning wines coming away with a total of 3 Bronze, 3 Silver, 2 Gold and 3 wines with Commend in the Decanter World Wine Awards announced yesterday at the International Wine Fair in London. They have also acheived an amazing 4 Bronze, 1 Silver and 5 Gold in the International Wine Challenge! . More »
